As a customer sales professional, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities with existing and potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with supervisors and managers to identify high-potential customers and develop strategies to expand business relationships.
  • Collect and validate customer documents in accordance with organizational norms.
  • Log cases in the system as per SOPs and follow established processes for disbursement.
  • Meet or exceed sanction ratios as required by the organization.
  • Meet customer requirements and cross-sell multiple products under the guidance of supervisors and managers.
  • Collaborate with managers and supervisors to empanel new vendors and establish strong relationships with them.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant audit and RBI regulations.
  • Hold a degree in any field.
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in any discipline.
