As a customer sales professional, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities with existing and potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with supervisors and managers to identify high-potential customers and develop strategies to expand business relationships.
- Collect and validate customer documents in accordance with organizational norms.
- Log cases in the system as per SOPs and follow established processes for disbursement.
- Meet or exceed sanction ratios as required by the organization.
- Meet customer requirements and cross-sell multiple products under the guidance of supervisors and managers.
- Collaborate with managers and supervisors to empanel new vendors and establish strong relationships with them.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant audit and RBI regulations.
- Hold a degree in any field.
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in any discipline.
