Job Title: Business Development Professional
Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Executive to join our team. This role will involve working closely with our clients to identify potential student segments, understand their learning needs, and collaborate with marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Student Counseling: Guide prospective students in selecting the right technical courses based on their career goals, skill level, and interests.
- Lead Conversion and Sales: Engage with leads through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to explain course offerings, address concerns, and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Market Research and Outreach: Identify potential student segments, understand their learning needs, and collaborate with marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with enrolled students to ensure retention, referrals, and a positive learning experience.
Qualifications:
- Education: A degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in sales, business development, or student counseling, preferably in the EdTech or training industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, understanding of programming languages, software development, or emerging technologies, and alignment of course offerings with industry trends.
