Sales Growth Strategist for Amazon India

Key Responsibilities- Serve as a key member of the Direct Sales team, leading a 8-10 member seller acquisition team and drive business growth in assigned markets.
- Own the seller success charter to drive input quality of launch and monitor input-output correlations.
- Liaise with Category, Account Management, and Product teams to implement SX improvements.
- Own defect reduction in execution, especially focused on perfect onboarding and post-launch experience.
- Leverage CRM and sales tools to build and review the sales pipeline.
- Own, review, and align leadership inputs on Sales acquisition strategy.
- Pilot new interventions to bring about disruption and differential Customer/Seller Experience.
- 5+ years relevant experience in sales with a focus on handling and analyzing data.
- Ability to identify and replicate best sales practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to think strategically and execute methodically.
- Adept at making data-driven decisions.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
- Strengths in problem-solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage tradeoffs, and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners.
