About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Rooms Division Manager to lead operations for our 100-room business hotel in Gurgaon as EAM. This role emphasizes delivering exceptional guest experiences, optimizing room occupancy, and supporting revenue generation through effective team leadership and operational management.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Guest Services, ensuring seamless and efficient operations.
  • Room Management Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to optimize occupancy and maximize revenue, focusing on guest satisfaction and retention.
  • Guest Service Excellence: Ensure the highest standards of guest service, focusing on delivering personalized and memorable guest experiences.
  • Staff Supervision and Training: Supervise and mentor staff, providing training, guidance, and support to enhance team performance and service quality.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor guest feedback and collaborate with departments to address any service issues, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Inventory Management: Manage room inventory and coordinate with other departments to ensure optimal room availability.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and present regular operational reports to the management, detailing key metrics, occupancy rates, and guest satisfaction scores, while ensuring compliance with hotel policies, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate in Hospitality Management (IHM preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 14 years in Hospitality, with at least 3 years in a Rooms Division Manager role in a reputed hotel, ideally in a business hotel setting.
  • Leadership and Team Management Skills: Proven track record of managing Room operations and enhancing guest satisfaction, strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate.
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Excellent communication skills and guest service orientation, proficient in hotel management software and MS Office, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with an eye for detail.
  • Adaptability and Independence: Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary:

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
