About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to serve as an Executive Assistant to two senior leaders, including a VP of Digital Product Management and a VP of Global Capacity & Contact Management. You will be responsible for providing administrative support, maintaining complex calendars, and coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and expenses.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain calendars and organize meetings, ensuring seamless communication between team members and stakeholders
  • Provide meeting support, including scheduling, planning, materials, logistics, and catering
  • Support staff administration tasks, such as org charts and distribution lists
  • Coordinate leadership visits and drive colleague engagement activities, ensuring alignment with expense management policies
  • Book travel and hotel arrangements as needed
  • Manage expense processes for two VPs
  • Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A graduate degree in any discipline with 3+ years of administrative experience
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across levels of the organization
  • Knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years of administrative experience, preferably at a VP level
  • Familiarity with American Express organization and policies
