We're seeking a highly experienced Operations Manager to lead our software release initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, schedule and manage software releases across multiple environments.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases with minimal disruption.
  • Maintain release calendars and coordinate with stakeholders for alignment.
  • Create, track and manage Change Requests (CRs) throughout their lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with governance and external audit requirements.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to assess impact and risk.
  • Act as a liaison between development, QA, infrastructure and business teams.
  • Facilitate release readiness meetings and post-release reviews.
  • Resolve conflicts and dependencies across teams to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Implement and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab and Azure DevOps.
  • Monitor and optimize deployment processes for scalability and reliability.
  • Drive adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effectively convey technical information to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Foster a collaborative environment across geographically distributed teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in Release Management and DevOps.
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile processes.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Shell, Python, Groovy).
  • Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with version control systems (Git), ticketing tools (JIRA, ServiceNow) and monitoring tools.
