Quality Assurance and Release Manager Position

This is a challenging role for an experienced Quality Assurance and Release Manager to drive quality and timely release of products.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining testing procedures, implementing test automation, certifying readiness for release to production, and ensuring seamless integration and deployment of software releases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement comprehensive testing procedures.
  • Choose and implement test automation tools and strategies.
  • Certify and approve software readiness for production releases.
  • Ensure all work items include agreed-upon definitions of done (DoD) to ensure proper text coverage.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration and deployment of software releases.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in software quality assurance and release management.
  • Strong knowledge of test automation tools and methodologies.
  • Experience with project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
  • Familiarity with problem-solving and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in software quality assurance and release management.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles.
