Job Title: Game Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Game Project Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of games we release.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the scope of each release and its purpose to effectively triage and escalate issues.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers/Producers to plan resources and dependencies for each release.
  • Work with various Heads of Departments (HODs) and partner managers to ensure resource synchronization.
  • Be actively involved during production phases, working with creative, art, development, and QC teams to ensure projects are on track.
  • Escalate unresolved problems or concerns immediately, providing management with possible options for decision-making.

Required Background and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience launching or updating products (games, preferably) regularly, with at least 8 releases per year.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with Android and iOS devices and stores is an added benefit.
