Game Tester

We are seeking a detail-obsessed and driven Quality Assurance Specialist to uphold the highest standards of quality and reliability in our mobile franchise.

This is a fully remote position that requires curiosity, precision, and strong ownership. You'll develop and execute tests on new features, tools, and content to ensure they meet exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure software functionality with exceptional detail and accuracy
• Create, maintain, and execute test plans and cases for new and existing game content, tools, and platforms
• Document and track issues using bug tracking software
• Collaborate with developers, designers, artists, and product managers to identify potential quality risks early
• Reproduce and isolate complex issues to support engineering resolution efforts
• Generate clear QA documentation, reports, and feedback summaries
• Identify gaps in test coverage and suggest process improvements

LiveOps QA Responsibilities:

• Ensure quality and stability of live operations deliveries across mobile and web platforms
• Collaborate with Product, Monetization, and Config teams to understand testing requirements and priorities
• Test configured Live Events, covering economy setups, asset triggers, segmentation logic, and campaign flows
• Validate integrated assets & bundles, triaged live issues, release candidates, and feature branches

Feature QA Responsibilities:

• Ensure quality delivery of new features, enhancements, and integrations
• Participate in Feature Sprint Cycles and track progress via test planning and execution
• Write and maintain Test Plans and Cases in Xray
• Execute tests across environments: Dev, Stage, Prod, Hotfix
• Log and triage bugs, including those from stakeholder feedback

Requirements:

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of professional QA experience in games or software testing
• Strong understanding of LiveOps processes, config validations, and content testing
• Proven ability to work independently in night shifts, staying responsive and accountable
• High attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies quickly
• Hands-on experience with bug tracking (JIRA) and test management tools

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience testing F2P mobile or web-based games
• Familiarity with slot games or monetization-driven content
• Experience with Unity-based asset validation and bundle integration checks
