Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Release Train Coordinator to lead and facilitate Program Increment planning, system demos, and Agile Release Train ceremonies for seamless delivery. As a key member of our team, you will partner with Product Managers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to define and prioritize features, identify and manage cross-team dependencies and risks, and drive continuous improvement in Agile maturity across teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate PI planning, system demos, and ART ceremonies
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, and stakeholders
  • Identify and manage cross-team dependencies and risks
  • Drive continuous improvement in Agile maturity
  • Provide transparency into delivery status and progress
  • Support change and release management processes

Must Have Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of IT experience with at least 3-5 years as a Release Train Engineer or Agile Delivery Lead
  • Proven experience in running large-scale Agile Release Trains
  • Exposure to highly critical financial systems
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles, program management, and scaled delivery practices
  • Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
