Project Management Professional

Our organization is seeking a seasoned project manager to spearhead the execution of high-profile projects. With extensive experience in modern residential, commercial, and sustainable redevelopment projects, this role requires strategic planning, effective resource allocation, and meticulous attention to detail.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute projects from conceptualization to completion.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive management information systems (MIS) for seamless project execution.
  • Schedule and track project progress utilizing dynamic project reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, manage tenders, estimation, contracts, and cash flow analysis.
  • Identify and develop necessary resources, procure materials, and prepare management information systems.
  • Utilize Work Break-down Structure of Project Charter, MS Project, Primavera P6, and ERP knowledge required.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven track record in managing complex projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Experience with ERP systems and other project management software.
