Technical Project Manager

This role is responsible for delivering project management support across multiple projects, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication among team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing in-depth knowledge of the company's solutions and platforms to inform project planning and execution.
  • Working closely with clients and colleagues to create tailored project scope plans and documentation that meet client needs.
  • Leading or facilitating collaborative planning sessions to align project teams around task definitions, sequencing, and interdependencies.
  • Designing, communicating, and maintaining detailed project plans that meet project goals and objectives.
  • Preparing regular project reports for stakeholders as required.
  • Identifying, tracking, monitoring, and resolving project-related issues, scope changes, variances, and contingencies that may arise during project implementation.
  • Ensuring timely completion of tasks and deadlines through effective workflow management and team coordination.
  • Serving as a liaison between clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders to foster strong relationships and resolve queries efficiently.
  • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing questions, concerns, feedback, etc., in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Aligning project plans with service level agreements (SLAs) and other key performance indicators (KPIs) regarding costs, schedules, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Documenting client work and interactions using CRM and project management tools such as Salesforce and OpenAir to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in project management is essential.
  • Education or certification in project management is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in using web-based project management software, e.g. MS Project, Jira, etc.
  • Strong IT skills and ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.
  • Desirable but not required: previous experience in the talent management industry.
  • Demonstrable evidence of effective collaboration, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
