Job Description:

  • We are looking for a skilled Project Coordinator to manage our operations department's day-to-day business while balancing responsibilities across various business lines, including business analysis, vendor management, risk management, and close collaboration with project teams on special projects.

In this role, you will ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and budget while managing changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing comprehensive end-to-end project plans with the Operations Team.
  • Knowledge of Scrum Framework.
  • Oversight of project planning, long-term planning, project status reporting.
  • Coordination with the sales team for kit calendar and project planning.
  • Maintaining professional relationships with clients, internal business lines, and external vendors.
  • Observing systems, processes, and infrastructure across departments while suggesting opportunities for improvement or revision.
  • Collaboration with other back-office team members to ensure seamless business execution.
