Job Description

Provides efficient and professional administrative support to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plans and schedules meetings, responds to inquiries, and manages communication via emails and phone calls.
  • Coordinates activities with other employees to ensure timely completion.
  • Processes and maintains monthly Travel Claims records.
  • Prepares accurate Monthly Review meetings, including taking notes and preparing draft minutes.

Requirements

Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in administrative software and tools.
