Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional support to ensure smooth client meetings and effective communication between departments.
  • Assist in handling office requests, including dial-ins, conference rooms, and travel arrangements.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory control.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
