Administrative Support Specialist

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Snaphunt. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our executives and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between executives and clients, handling requests and queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage office supplies, research advantageous deals or suppliers, and maintain a well-stocked inventory.
- Update the portal with appointment schedules and generate invoices as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, with a track record of successful office management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
Working Conditions
- Full-time position with a fixed shift schedule.
- Day shift, morning shift, and flexible hours may be required.
