Job Title: Business Development Manager

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned business development manager to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth across PAN India. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase market share and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Sponge Iron, Pellet Ore, and MS Billets markets
  • Built strong relationships with customers and agents to ensure best realization
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to management
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of products
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven track record of sales success in a similar industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with SAP and MS Excel is an asset
