Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Hotel Guest Service Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our housekeeping department, delivering exceptional guest experiences and providing timely responses to their enquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of high-quality guest services in a fast-paced environment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort
- Take ownership of assigned duties and tasks, ensuring they are completed to a high standard and on time
- Deliver results-oriented service, meeting departmental plans and objectives
- Develop effective working relationships with colleagues, promoting a positive company culture and values
Requirements:
- Experience in housekeeping is beneficial but not essential
- A hands-on approach with a can-do attitude
- A commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
- The ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of duties and tasks assigned
- Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence
- Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms
- Strong communication skills
