Finacle 10x L2 Application Support Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Finacle 10x L2 application support specialist to join our team at Chiselon Technologies Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Finacle UBS and a minimum of 2 years of experience in L2 CBS Core/CRM support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse incidents in Finacle and provide solution/work around for the issues independently.
- End to End Handling of Finacle application production issues with work ranging from incident analysis, code fix, SIT Testing, UAT Test planning (Scope, duration), UAT support for user, Source promotion to production.
- Sound understanding of RDBMS / Unix.
- Providing status to leads, stakeholders and working with vendors to review the design/fix/enabling for production deployment.
Requirements:
- Good functional and technical knowledge of Finacle UBS.
- Minimum of 2 years of Finacle functional experience in L2 CBS Core/CRM support.
