Project Manager Specialist

To excel as a Project Manager, you will lead and manage the successful execution of projects from initiation through to delivery. This role requires coordinating resources, managing stakeholder expectations, mitigating risks, and ensuring implemented solutions meet functional and operational requirements.

  • The primary responsibility is to plan, manage, implement and control on-boarding of Client projects in various business activities according to company strategy and local business environment for delivering target growth.
  • This position involves extensive stakeholder management, requiring strong communication skills to ensure superior project management, execution and service delivery.
  • The main goal is to implement and monitor Projects within all Verticals for our organization.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop relationships with internal and customer stakeholders to understand overall expectations and deliverables.
  • Provide inputs to management reports to enable informed decision-making.
  • Ensure effective and efficient delivery of the largest and most strategically important projects including scope, schedule, cost, risk, resources, and quality.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to evaluate proposed and ongoing projects based on value, risk, effort, cost, and strategic alignment.
  • Understand the scope of project from concerned function and stake holder, prepare the Project Charter and Detailed Plan indicating the risks and issues foreseen while executing the same.
  • Prepare site hand over report and close project.
