Enterprise Project Manager Role

This role involves leading cross-functional teams to deliver Corporater solutions to enterprise clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Track project progress using appropriate tools and methodologies
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively
  • Ensure adherence to project governance framework and methodology
  • Lead regular status meetings and maintain clear reporting for all stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
  • 6-10 years of experience managing enterprise software or SaaS implementation projects
  • Proven track record of delivering projects successfully, on time and within budget
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
  • Solid client engagement and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to align delivery with business value
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, including time management and milestone tracking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet)
