Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand product offerings and communicate their features and benefits effectively, staying up-to-date on new products and services.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and transparency.

  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and activities, highlighting areas of improvement and success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales conversion, preferably in beauty and lifestyle sector, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication skills, with a clear, persuasive approach that resonates with customers.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers, fostering long-term relationships.

  • Results-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and delivering results.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, with experience using productivity tools to streamline workflows.
