Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze feedback and performance data to inform strategic decisions and optimize engagement outcomes.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for employee suggestions, concerns, and grievances, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in employee engagement, HR generalist, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful employee engagement programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS tools, and analytics software.
