The ideal candidate will spearhead and manage the HR function, driving strategic initiatives across HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and culture-building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of HR professionals, setting clear goals, balancing workloads, and driving accountability
  • Oversee global mobility and travel operations, ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to support business growth
  • Champion employee experience by designing and implementing wellness programs, pulse surveys, and recognition initiatives
  • Own culture-building strategy, executing targeted initiatives, workshops, and recognition programs to boost engagement and reduce attrition
  • Design and approve total-rewards framework, including salary cycles, incentives, spot awards, and ESOP communications
  • Prioritize and review Learning & Development, SteepGraph University curriculum, certification tracking, and impact reporting
  • Drive CSR strategy and employer branding in collaboration with Talent Acquisition on social media, Glassdoor, and campus outreach

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Post-Graduation / Master's in Human Resource Management from a recognized university or institute
  • At least 15 years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management, including at least 5 years in a managerial role
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and analyze HR and people performance for data-driven decision-making
  • Proficient in MS Office with working knowledge of HRIS systems such as SuccessFactors or Workday (preferred)
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate, influence, and engage effectively at all organizational levels to drive results
