The Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and establishing strategic partnerships with builders and developers for their existing and new projects. This role requires a strong understanding of the real estate market, negotiation expertise, and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and establish strategic partnerships with builders and developers for real estate projects
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence on potential partners, including assessing financial stability, project quality, and industry reputation
• Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with builders and developers
• Collaborate with legal and finance teams to review agreements and identify potential risks
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in the real estate industry, preferably in sales or business development
• Proven track record of successfully building and managing builder and developer partnerships
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• In-depth knowledge of the Indian real estate market, including regulatory requirements and current trends
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA in Business Administration or a related field
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
