Job Title: Information Security Leader

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead our information and cyber security agenda. The successful candidate will be responsible for safeguarding customer trust, ensuring compliance, and making security an enabler for the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safeguard Customer Trust

The CISO will be responsible for protecting customer data, digital platforms, and core systems from threats, ensuring that our customers' trust is maintained at all times.

Define Security Strategy

The CISO will define and implement a comprehensive security strategy that aligns with our business objectives and priorities.

Ensure Compliance

The CISO will ensure that we comply with regulatory and industry security requirements, maintaining our reputation as a secure and trustworthy organization.

Build Security Policies

The CISO will develop and implement effective security policies and procedures that are easy to understand and adopt by employees.

Monitor Incidents

The CISO will establish and maintain a robust incident response plan, ensuring that any security incidents are quickly identified and resolved.

Partner with Business Teams

The CISO will work closely with business teams to embed security into our operations, ensuring that security is not seen as a blocker but as an enabler for growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Leadership Experience

The successful candidate will have 12+ years of experience in information security, with leadership experience in developing and implementing security strategies.

Strong Security Knowledge

The CISO will have strong knowledge of security practices, risk management, and compliance in financial services.

Cyber Risk Management

The successful candidate will have experience handling cyber risks and incidents hands-on, with a proven track record of resolving complex security issues.

Communication Skills

The CISO will have excellent communication skills, able to explain complex security concepts in clear and simple language to non-technical stakeholders.
