Our organization seeks a strategic and experienced human resources leader to spearhead our HR function.

This role requires a trusted advisor who can drive cultural transformation, shape the future of our organization, and make informed decisions based on data-driven insights.

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in HRBP responsibilities and operations, with experience managing multi-location teams and working in global organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on talent strategy, workforce planning, succession, compensation, and development.
  • Partner with global HR to design, implement, and localize corporate HR programs and initiatives.
  • Provide data-driven insights and workforce analytics to recommend systemic improvements.
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to source, screen, and select top talent.
  • Ensure timely onboarding, induction, and background verification of new hires.
  • Manage new hire data entry and employee lifecycle transactions in the HRIS system.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement: Serve as the point of contact for all HR matters and oversee HR operations.
  • Address complex employee relations issues through objective investigations and corrective actions.
  • Drive engagement initiatives, CSR programs, and recognition activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • HR Operations & Compliance: Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HRIS data.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal audits.
  • Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, bonuses, and reimbursements.
  • Performance & Development: Support the performance management cycle, ensuring reviews are conducted on time and aligned with company standards.
  • Partner with managers on performance improvement plans, disciplinary actions, and employee development initiatives.
  • Global HR Initiatives: Coordinate participation in global HR programs (training, change management, succession planning).
  • Provide regular reporting on HR metrics, trends, and risks.
