Admissions Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Admissions Specialist to drive student admissions and achieve targets. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans, building relationships with schools and influencers, and counseling prospective students on academic programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve admission targets by fostering strong partnerships with educational institutions and industry stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional guidance to prospective students and their parents on academic programs, tuition fees, scholarships, and admission procedures, ensuring seamless transition into the university community.
  • Design and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote the institution's programs, focusing on Above-the-Line (ATL) and Below-the-Line (BTL) strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate quality leads.
  • Monitor team performance, driving individual and collective success towards meeting set targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service.
Qualifications:
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Possess 2-5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the education sector, with a proven track record of achievement in student admissions.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to effectively engage with diverse audiences.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities to motivate and guide teams towards shared objectives.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills to make informed decisions and optimize results.
  • Proficiency in utilizing CRM software and other relevant tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
