Higher Education Recruiter

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of higher education recruiter. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for student development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Connect with prospective students/parents through calls and counseling sessions to schedule appointments.
  • Meet prospective students and answer queries regarding university programs and opportunities.
  • Review applications and guide students to appropriate resources on courses, financial aid, scholarships, and related information.
  • Provide accurate information regarding admission documentation and mandatory requirements.
  • Conduct campus tours for prospective students to familiarize them with the university's infrastructure.
  • Represent the institution at schools, seminars, events, and other promotional activities.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from application to final enrollment.
  • Follow up with potential candidates after visits to ensure effective closures.
  • Stay updated with recruitment policies, procedures, and requirements.
  • Organize outreach activities such as workshops, expert talks, health camps, etc.
