Financial Leadership Position

We seek a seasoned financial executive to drive strategic financial planning and leadership for our organization.

  • Develop and Execute Financial Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with business objectives, ensuring optimal resource allocation and risk management.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Monitor and analyze financial performance, industry trends, and economic conditions to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Accounts and Financial Management: Oversee daily accounting operations, ensure accuracy and timely reporting, and establish robust financial controls and accounting systems.
  • Fundraising and Investor Relations: Lead fundraising efforts, manage investor relations, and represent the company as spokesperson in news, media, and investor calls.
  • Banking and Treasury Management: Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and loan negotiations, optimize working capital and cash flow management.
  • Audit and Compliance: Lead statutory, internal, and tax audits, ensure zero non-compliance, and collaborate with auditors for process improvements.
  • Taxation and Regulatory Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely filing of direct and indirect taxes, optimize tax strategies, and stay up-to-date on changing tax laws and regulations.
  • Investments and Capital Management: Evaluate investment opportunities, manage portfolio investments, and develop long-term capital and funding strategies.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Build, mentor, and lead high-performing finance teams, promoting financial discipline and operational excellence.
