Financial Accuracy Specialist

 

The role of Financial Accuracy Specialist is pivotal in maintaining financial accuracy by ensuring timely and precise invoicing.

 

You will be responsible for preparing and issuing invoices to customers, meeting delivery timelines, and entering invoices into customer portals.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Invoicing Process Management: Oversee the entire invoicing process from preparation to submission to ensure timeliness and precision.
  • Timely Delivery: Meet invoice delivery deadlines without compromising on quality.
  • Portal Entry: Enter invoices into customer websites with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Electronic Submission: Submit invoices electronically while ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Customer Requirements Understanding: Familiarize yourself with key areas of invoicing specific to each customer.
  • Accuracy Check: Conduct thorough checks on each field of the invoice before submission.
  • Supporting Documents: Attach all necessary supporting documents to the invoices.
  • System Update: Timely update on invoice submission status within our Navision system.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of invoice submissions and customer processes.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with payroll and invoicing teams to streamline the invoicing process.
  • Account Statements: Send out account statements to customers with detailed breakdowns.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile self-billed cases with customer-approved timesheets.
  • Rejections & Adjustments: Handle rejections and credits professionally and efficiently.

 

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Recent graduates or up to 1.5 years of relevant experience in invoicing.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel.
  • Good analytical and logical skills.
