We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Invoicing Professional to join our team. As an Invoicing Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining the financial accuracy of our operations by ensuring timely and precise invoicing. You will be responsible for preparing and issuing invoices to customers and meeting invoice delivery timelines.

About the Role
  • Prepare and issue invoices to customers, ensuring accurate billing information is captured
  • Meet the invoice delivery timelines, prioritizing deadlines to minimize delays
  • Enter invoices into customer invoicing websites, verifying data for accuracy
  • Submit invoices by electronic data interchange, following established protocols
  • Understand key areas on invoicing specific to customers, staying up-to-date on industry developments
  • Check each field on the invoices before submission, verifying completeness and accuracy
  • Evaluate supporting documents and backups attached to invoices, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Timely update on invoice submission status in Navision, providing transparent communication
  • Maintain invoice submission logs and customer invoicing process files as reference, documenting progress
  • Work closely with payroll & invoicing team to accelerate invoice submission process, fostering collaboration
  • Send out statement of accounts to customers, providing clear and concise financial information
  • Reconcile self-billed cases with customer-approved timesheets, resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Handle invoice rejections and credit/rebills, addressing customer concerns promptly
  • Maintain SOP/standard guide for complete invoicing process account-wise and update it timely, promoting efficiency
  • Continuously support the improvement of platforms for invoicing, driving innovation
  • Assist Credit control in invoicing and collection of payment, enhancing revenue growth
Requirements
  • Candidates with 2+ years of relevant experience in invoicing, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel (formulas, V-lookup, Pivot Table), with advanced spreadsheet skills
  • Good analytical and process knowledge, with the ability to identify areas for improvement
  • Good accounting knowledge, with a solid understanding of financial principles
