Financial Operations Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine financial tasks, including accounts payable and receivable processing, invoice verification, and expense management.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with period-end close processes
- Review and approve journal entries and reconciliations to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to optimize efficiency
- Provide support and guidance to junior team members in finance and accounting
To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Additionally, you should possess 3+ years of experience in finance and accounting preferably in a BPM/SSC environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, as well as experience with accounting software such as E1, QuickBooks, or SAP are also required.
As a Financial Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records. Your strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment make you an excellent fit for this position.
