Financial Services Specialist

The role of the Financial Services Specialist involves ensuring timely and accurate recording of financial transactions. This entails maintaining accurate books of accounts, reconciliations, and audit-ready documentation.
To be successful in this position, candidates should have hands-on experience in accounting and bookkeeping, preferably in IT/software export companies.
A strong working knowledge of Zoho Books for India entity bookkeeping is essential. Additionally, a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or commerce is mandatory.
- Record daily accounting entries, including invoices, receipts, payments, and expenses.
- Manage vendor invoices, payment tracking, and reconciliations with accuracy.
- Assist in tax compliance, filing, and GST under senior accountant's guidance.
- Maintain books of accounts in Zoho Books (India).
- Reconcile bank statements, including foreign client payments for export transactions.
- Support month-end closing activities.
Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and analytical abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is also desirable.
Familiarity with Zoho Books and other accounting software is required. Experience in IT/software export companies is advantageous.
