At Brown-Forman, we're on the lookout for a driven and innovative Regional Trade Marketing Manager to join our team. As an integral part of our India Trade Marketing team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business success in the west region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective trade marketing strategies that align with company goals
  • Leverage brand plans into executable channel and customer plans, ensuring seamless collaboration between marketing and sales teams
  • Build long-term relationships with key distributors, retailers, and trade partners, as well as external agencies, vendors, and suppliers

In this role, you'll be responsible for promoting our portfolio of brands in the west region, including Maharashtra, Goa, MP, and DDS. Your expertise will drive market penetration, growth, and data-driven decision making, all while maintaining a competitive edge in the market.

What We're Looking For
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing or field marketing within the beverage or CPG industry
  • Strong analytical skills, creative mindset, and ability to work in a high-pressure environment
  • Independent judgment, initiative, and strong organizational skills to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
