Role Overview:
We are looking for an Assistant Trade Marketing Manager to develop and execute trade marketing strategies across online and offline channels. The ideal candidate will work closely with sales, marketing, and regional teams to drive visibility, optimize promotions, and enhance brand engagement across e-commerce, aggregators, and retail platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute trade marketing strategies for both online and offline channels.
Work closely with sales, marketing, and regional teams to drive promotional effectiveness.
Plan and execute product bundling, visibility campaigns, and marketing collaterals.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and consumer behavior studies to refine trade marketing strategies.
Lead new product launch activations and region-specific promotional activities.
Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring cost-efficient execution.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop branding materials for retail and digital platforms.
Identify and participate in brand events to enhance awareness and consumer engagement.
Key Skills & Qualifications :
Strong understanding of e-commerce marketplaces and traditional retail operations.
Proven experience in marketing strategy, promotional planning, and execution.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis and reporting tools.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
