Job Title: In-House Legal Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to manage all legal and compliance matters for our organization.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, affidavits, and applications with precision and attention to detail.
  • Handle compliance-related work across corporate, real estate, and regulatory matters with expertise.
  • Represent the company in legal proceedings, hearings, and government offices when required.
  • Prepare and file applications, petitions, and responses with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain organized legal records and case files for easy access.
  • Coordinate with senior advocates, external counsel, and consultants to ensure smooth handling of ongoing matters.
  • Monitor changes in relevant laws/regulations and keep management updated on key developments.
  • Provide strategic legal advice to management on various transactions and disputes.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • LL.B. degree (LL.M. preferred but not mandatory) from an accredited institution.
  • Enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of India or equivalent regulatory body.
  • 3+ years of experience in litigation, compliance, or corporate law (real estate exposure preferred).
  • Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills to support decision-making.
  • Familiarity with regulatory processes, property laws, and commercial law to navigate complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with senior lawyers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines independently with minimal supervision.
