Job Summary
  • We are seeking an experienced legal professional with expertise in eDiscovery platforms, including Relativity and iConect.
  • The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects across various clients, adapting to client and project size requirements.
  • This is a client-facing role, requiring daily status reports and metrics to be provided to Project Managers.
  • The selected candidate will create review, breach review, and quality control (QC) workflows in conjunction with PMs; implement these workflows effectively.
  • They will perform QA on batches released by team members, identify error trends, and create remedial actions to improve productivity.
  • Collaboration with Team Leaders on queries and providing technical guidance as needed will be key aspects of this role.
  • The successful candidate will develop strong hands-on experience with technical and project guidelines; serve as a technical coach for MDR and CIR TLs.
  • Responsibilities include creating search terms, targeted searches, layouts, choices, fields, batching, and running analytics for projects.
  • Metric monitoring and performing QA on reviewed data will ensure quality and productivity of projects.



Requirements
  • A strong legal background is required, with a minimum 1+ year experience as an APM.
  • Total eDiscovery experience of at least 4+ years is necessary.
  • Legal support/technical background is essential.
  • Technical experience in SharePoint and Advanced Excel is required.
  • Excellent English verbal and written skills are essential.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts as per project requirements is a must.
