Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal guidance on trademark and IP law
  • Knowledge of trademark journals, opposition proceedings, and rectification proceedings is essential
  • Expertise in trademark search, registration procedure, and data management is necessary
  • Drafting and filing of notices of opposition, counter statements, affidavits, and cease and desist notices
  • Good understanding of Trade Mark, Design, and Copyright laws required

Educational Qualifications: A law graduate from a recognized University is required
