Lead Derivative Lawyer Role

This highly sought-after position is ideal for a seasoned derivative lawyer with a strong track record of delivering complex deals.

We are seeking an expert to lead our team and develop their skills in derivative documents. The successful candidate will have exposure to European, Asian, and US markets.

  • Drafting and negotiating international commercial contracts and agreements, including ISDA Master Agreement, Global Master Repurchase Agreement, and Global Master Stock Lending Agreements.
  • Negotiating derivative documents and having a sound legal understanding.
Key Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience as a derivative lawyer in leading banks or financial institutions.
  • Sound knowledge of corporate law and contract law.
  • Excellent collaboration and team management skills.
