About the Position

We are looking for a skilled Business Solutions Expert to join our organization. In this role, you will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to derive insights from data and solve high-impact business challenges across sales, product, and engineering functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Gather and organize data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Data Analysis: Perform in-depth analyses to uncover insights and trends supporting business decisions.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Build intuitive dashboards and reports using visualization tools for stakeholders.
  • Predictive Modelling: Develop statistical models for forecasting and decision optimization.
  • Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, and engineering teams to understand analytics requirements.
  • Communication: Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a product-based company.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or similar).
  • Familiarity with Mixpanel or similar product analytics tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work with large datasets, identify trends, and convert data into strategic insights.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities.
