Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will gather, analyze, and document requirements, ensuring that solutions align with business objectives and deliver value to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are met.
  • Conduct gap analysis and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Create workflow diagrams, use cases, and data models to support solution design.
  • Assist in project planning, prioritization, and scope definition.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate deliverables against requirements.
  • Support change management and ensure smooth implementation of solutions.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and requirement gathering techniques.
  • Proficiency in documentation tools (MS Office, Confluence, Jira, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA).
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL).
  • Experience working in [specific industry, e.g., finance, healthcare, IT].
