About this role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to join our team.

As a Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support to various agencies across South Asia.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and safeguarding our commercial interests.

You will advise stakeholders at all levels on a broad range of legal matters, including commercial, employment, intellectual property, data privacy, ethics, compliance, and generative artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal support and guidance on employment law matters, including internal investigations and related processes.
  • Draft, negotiate, and advise on medium to high complexity commercial agreements.
  • Manage and oversee litigation and arbitration matters, including civil, criminal, labour, property, and commercial disputes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • LL.B with 6-8 years post-qualification experience as an in-house lawyer and/or in law firms.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a solution-oriented approach.
