Oracle Subscription Management Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Subscription Management expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Subscription Management Cloud and a solid understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Revenue Management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Subscription Management Cloud solutions.
  • Gather business requirements and design scalable subscription management strategies.
  • Configure subscription products, pricing models, recurring billing, renewals, and amendments.
  • Integrate Subscription Management with Order Management, Receivables, Revenue Management, and other Oracle Fusion modules.
  • Work with stakeholders to define subscription lifecycles and optimize recurring revenue models.
  • Support migration from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud Subscription Management.
  • Provide post-implementation support, enhancements, and user training.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, etc.).

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Subscription Management Cloud.
  • In-depth knowledge of Order-to-Cash cycle, billing, and revenue recognition.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring subscription products, pricing, usage-based billing, and renewals.
  • Good understanding of Revenue Management (RMCS), Receivables, and Order Management modules.
  • Exposure to subscription lifecycle management and SaaS/usage-based business models.
  • Strong functional consulting skills including requirement gathering, solution design, and client interaction.
  • Knowledge of integration with external systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle Cloud certifications in Subscription Management / Order Management / Revenue Management.
  • Experience with at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
  • Background in domains like SaaS, telecom, media, or subscription-based industries.
