Operations Manager for Sales Processes
The Operations Manager for Sales Processes plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless coordination between dealers, vendors, and the sales team. This position is responsible for overseeing backend operations, managing subscriptions, procurement, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily with dealers, vendors, and the sales team to meet operational requirements.
- Ensure timely renewals and new acquisitions by following up on orders in the CRM system.
- Manage subscriptions for newspapers and periodicals.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Oversee procurement and distribution of promotional materials.
- Manage productivity, salary processing, and invoice management for the backend team.
- Implement orders as per guidelines and company policies.
- Maintain accurate tracking and prepare timely reports for senior management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 6 years relevant experience in sales processes operations.
- Experience in sales operations, coordination, or backend support roles.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with SAP and Salesforce.
- Strong communication skills in English and proficiency in Marathi.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
