Job Title: Compensation & Benefits Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to support our Compensation & Benefits team across multiple European countries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs for global employees.
  • Analyze salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and market trends to ensure competitive pay structures.
  • Oversee the implementation of global benchmarking to refine salary bands and incentive structures.
  • Contribute to the annual compensation review process, including salary increases, bonus calculations, and pay equity analysis.
  • Maintain accurate compensation-related data in HR systems.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Payroll teams to ensure smooth execution of C&B programs.
  • Stay up-to-date on European labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools such as Power BI, Excel, or other reporting tools to analyze and visualize compensation and benefits data.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Min 2 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, HR Analytics, or a related function.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
  • Basic knowledge of compensation structures, benchmarking tools, and benefits administration.
  • Ability to interpret large datasets and present insights through reports and dashboards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international environment.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
