A seasoned relationship manager with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships is required to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the partnership group, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, providing clients with comprehensive product/service consultations, and guiding their decision-making process.
- Maintaining Deep Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to clients.
- Client Relationship Building and Maintenance: Foster and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients while continuously seeking opportunities to expand your network and acquire new clients.
- New Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry insights and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
- Solution Identification and Provision: Analyze clients' needs and requirements, and propose tailored solutions that meet their unique demands.
- Comprehensive Consultations: Provide clients with in-depth product/service consultations, empowering them to make informed decisions that drive business growth.
- Sales and Upselling/Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products/services to clients, driving revenue growth and increasing customer satisfaction.
- Issue Resolution: Respond promptly and efficiently to client complaints and issues, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales/revenue targets, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to success.
- Client Satisfaction: Ensure that all clients receive exceptional service, resulting in increased loyalty, retention, and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
