Job Title: Power BI Developer

 We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of Power BI solutions and be proficient in designing and developing complex data models using Power BI Desktop.

  • Work closely with clients and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Design, develop, and implement Power BI solutions, including data models, reports, and dashboards.
  • Create visually appealing and interactive data visualizations to effectively present information and insights.
  • Optimize performance and scalability of Power BI solutions to ensure efficient data processing and analysis.
  • Conduct testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve any issues or bugs in the Power BI solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and industry best practices to continuously enhance the capabilities of our solutions.
  • Assist in data governance and security efforts to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects within scope, timeline, and budget.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of Power BI solutions.
  • Proficiency in designing and developing complex data models using Power BI Desktop.
  • Strong knowledge of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and M (Power Query Formula Language).
  • Experience in creating visually appealing and interactive reports and dashboards.
  • Solid understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
  • Experience with Azure cloud services and other Microsoft data-related technologies is a plus.
