Data Analyst

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of complex transformation programs and working with agile multi-skilled teams to create world-class products.

To excel in this role, you will need to possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Support the development of data-driven solutions within data portfolios.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective data models.
  • Elicit and analyze business requirements across stakeholders.
  • Own and produce relevant analysis and modeling artifacts to enable development teams.
  • Provide advanced technical support for requirements development.
  • Create/enhance logical and physical data models adhering to agreed standards.
  • Undertake metadata analysis including naming logical entities and attributes.

To be successful, you should meet the following qualifications:

  • 4-10 years of experience in Data Analysis and/or Data Modeling.
  • Strong financial domain and data analysis skills covering activities like requirement gathering, elicitation skills, gap analysis, data analysis, effort estimation, reviews.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Data Modeling (conceptual, logical, and physical), create and deliver high-quality data models.
  • Maintain quality metadata and data-related artifacts.
  • Individual contributor with good understanding of SDLC & Agile methodologies.
  • A team player with self-starter approach, problem solver, ability to work in fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
