Business Analyst (Engineering Domain)
Surat | Full-Time | B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical) | 2+ Years Exp.
We are hiring a Business Analyst to bridge clients and technical teams in industrial/IT projects. The role involves gathering requirements, analyzing processes, preparing documentation (BRDs, workflows, functional specs), and ensuring solutions align with client needs.
What You'll Do
- Gather & analyze client requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical deliverables.
- Act as primary liaison between clients & technical teams.
- Audit solutions, support UAT, and ensure project alignment.
- Recommend process improvements & optimizations.
What We're Looking For
- B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical).
- 2+ years as Business Analyst/Project Engineer/Client-facing role.
- Strong communication & client-handling skills.
- Proficiency in BRDs, process flows, MS
- Knowledge of MES/ERP/automation systems (preferred).
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Exposure to
MES, ERP, or industrial automation systems
. - Knowledge of
SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
. - Experience with KPI definition and data-driven requirement gathering.
- Understanding of integration between
engineering processes and IT systems
.
