Business Analyst (Engineering Domain)

Surat | Full-Time | B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical) | 2+ Years Exp.

We are hiring a Business Analyst to bridge clients and technical teams in industrial/IT projects. The role involves gathering requirements, analyzing processes, preparing documentation (BRDs, workflows, functional specs), and ensuring solutions align with client needs.

What You'll Do

  • Gather & analyze client requirements.
  • Translate business needs into technical deliverables.
  • Act as primary liaison between clients & technical teams.
  • Audit solutions, support UAT, and ensure project alignment.
  • Recommend process improvements & optimizations.

What We're Looking For

  • B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical).
  • 2+ years as Business Analyst/Project Engineer/Client-facing role.
  • Strong communication & client-handling skills.
  • Proficiency in BRDs, process flows, MS
  • Knowledge of MES/ERP/automation systems (preferred).

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Exposure to
    MES, ERP, or industrial automation systems

  • Knowledge of
    SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
    .
  • Experience with KPI definition and data-driven requirement gathering.
  • Understanding of integration between
    engineering processes and IT systems
    .
